Our clients are small and medium businesses who are uninterested in handling any of the technical matters for which we have been hired. To that end, we are trusted, appreciated service providers and as such we foster client loyalty. So when we are approached to deliver a project that has adjacent or accessory requirements, we need to accomplish those as well.

Such requirements include things like purchasing, installing, and maintaining hardware, entering content, photography, videography, printing, translation, artistry, and even a little construction. Of course, there are also our back-end services suhc as Internet hosting, telephone services, and office supplies. Finally, some of the more abstract efforts such as staffing, transportation/delivery and monitoring.

We are always seeking professional suppliers responsive to sudden needs and often not-so-typical projects.

You'll need to be responsive. Our clients are always pressed for time, and if something isn't urgent when it's started, it's certainly urgent before it can be completed. We almost never have all of the required elements ahead of time, so anything that you can do without the necessary elements is of great assistance.

You'll need to be accountable for your end result. Almost everything needs tweaking and everything needs to be perfect. To that end, you'll have to work with what we have and generate everything else that you may need on your own.

It's always a time crunch -- I don't know why. That results in our loyalty. If you can meet the deadlines with the short notice and the little that we have, then you're for us -- long term. You'll work directly with us, and payment is guarantees regardless of the client's satisfaction. We prefer to pay for tasks in advance, so if you're trustworthy, we'll trust you.

It really is always a time crunch. While you'll always have access to someone here who can make executive decisions on the spot, you'll have to be comfortable making your industry's technical decisions without briefing us on the consequences. You'll have to make those decisions well, and to suit our needs as you see them.

We prefer telephones. We will not communicate with suppliers by e-mail. Everything is a telephone call. Nothing happened unless a live person confirmed it. That includes e-mailed documents/deliverables, couriered items, faxes, and items ready for pick-up. Voice-mail does not count. It will be your responsibility to actually reach someone who can confirm that the something is complete.

You won't have any trouble reaching us. Telephones are reliable, convenient, and immediate. Always call.
