- Availability
We are always available to our clients. E-Mail will be answered promptly, usually within hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. We are available via cellular telephone at any hour of the day (according to cellular coverage). If it is important enough for a client to call, it's important enough for us to answer, 24 hours per day.
- Bug Repair
While we always strive for perfection, programming is known to be problematic. For this reason, Holophrastic Enterprises offers free bug repair for the length of the project, and for one year following final delivery at no charge.
- Guaranteed Satisfaction
We are confident that you will be satisfied, and every effort will be made to provide and maintain an appropriate, professional, and quality relationship with you and your project. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our services, to the extent that you have it redone, upon proof that you have secured a third party developer and submitted a deposit greater than or equal to the deposit paid to Holophrastic Enterprises, Holophrastic Enterprises will refund your development payments at the following rates. 100% during the first month of development, following the design phase; 75% during the first three months of development, following the design phase; 50% during the first six months of development, following the design phase; 35% up until six months following final delivery; 25% up until one year following final delivery.

Holophrastic Enterprises is proud to offer you in-depth consulting to determine the specifics, and the wide range of possibilities from which you can choose to tailor your project in any direction. We compose your project quotation/proposal to be a complete document. The following sections are included in every project quotation. In total, they range between ten and twenty pages in length. Preparing a project proposal requires between two and ten days. It is best prepared after a brief initial meeting, or completion of "Determining Your Objectives"
- Business Conduct / Code of Ethics / Guarantees
- Concise description of project's business objectives
- Exhaustive feature discussion
- Our team organizes a substantial brain-storming session to discuss each and every feature which could be applicable to your project. This exhaustive feature discussion is irrespective of your goals, budgets, time-frames, and purposes. The aim is to provide you with every conceivable option in advance. Before development, you will categorize them into four camps: yes; later; maybe; and never. These decisions are vital to ensure that the development period is aware of the future. Without this step, future possibilities (such as upgrades and enhancements) will meet with significant hurdles. This session guarantees that future developments will never require re-developing the original project.
- Features categorized by development phase
- The same list of features is now categorized into an order relevant to development. Most projects can benefit from a phased development period. Such benefits may include: earlier production dates; training periods; testing periods; required data import; delayed payment; and other objectives specific to your plans.
- Feature pricing
- An itemized quotation prices each feature in consideration of the over-all project.
- Suggested payment plan
- Development phases may consist of up-front payments, completion payments, and post-completion payments. Here we suggest a percentage distribution appropriate to your schedule.

- We offer a number of no-charge features and services on virtually every project. For example, many web-sites include free e-mail services. E-mail services often include free web-mail access, and database-driven sites regularly include occasional backups. Administrative components may include reasonable training and/or telephone support. - Development time-line
- The calendar time required for each development phase, any over-lapping phases, potential delays (due to third-party requirements, or content requirements), and required meetings or conferences. This section ensures that you know what is required of you throughout the development and production stages in order to meet your expectations.

- Any and all costs required to complete your project outside of its design and development. Such costs may include things like hosting charges, and photography. We try to include any additional cost that could ever be applied to your project over its life-time. We don't want to surprise you later.

- Some projects carry with them a sense of ownership. Here we outline the basic intellectual property guidelines that we follow on every project. Specific projects often have a more custom-tailored ownership agreement.
- Potential future costs
- Future upgrades and enhancements often require additional expenses. Here we present every cost ever associated with our developments, along with a detailed explanation of each so that you can better understand and budget for the entire life of your project.
